Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to finish a piece?

It can take anywhere from a week or two to over the span of a few of months of work, depending on the size and intricacy of the piece. Additionally, oil paint takes some time to dry, so depending on the thickness and mediums used when painting, it usually may take from 1-3 weeks to be fully dry for safe shipping.

What paper do you use for your prints?

All prints are made using a wide format professional printer with an 11-Color plus Chroma Optimizer pigment ink system, printed on Moab Entrada Rag Bright/Natural 300gsm 100% cotton fine art paper.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you sign your work?

All prints are signed and titled on the bottom white margin. Artwork is signed on the piece, in the same medium used as the piece was created in (eg. oil painting signed with oil paint). Limited edition prints are numbered, signed and titled.

do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns, but please do contact me if something arrives damaged from transit and I will do my best to make it right.

what can i commission?

I accept all kinds of images/requests for custom oil on canvas/panel paintings. Custom prints cannot be created as a commissioned painting must first be requested, created, and then photographed to create the print.

How do I commission?

For custom paintings full of objects, I ask that you provide the majority, if not all of the visual references. I’m not able to source the objects or design a piece based on a general theme alone. Having clear imagery to work from is essential.

The best references are from objects you personally own and can photograph. While online images are acceptable if needed, original photos offer the highest level of accuracy and allow me to create a piece that feels more personal, intentional, and true to your vision.

What is the price for a commissioned painting?

The price will depend on the specifics of what you're looking to have painted. Factors such as the size of the piece and the complexity of the composition will influence the cost. For an accurate quote, please provide detailed information and include reference images.
